The township can save money and hold the line on tax increases by scaling back the collection frequency.

1. REDUCE garbage collection to once per week. Recycling every other week or twice a month.  (annual savings $90,000 - $117,000)
2. INCREASE garbage collection to twice per week. Recycling every other week or twice a month.  (annual increase $78,000)
3. STATUS QUO. Two garbage collections per week except recycling days. Two recycling collections per month.
4. I would switch to private pickup.
